Brad Leavitt

September 27, 1941 – July 14, 2024

Bradford Clark Leavitt passed away after a long illness on July 14, 2024. Brad was born on September 27, 1941, and he was 82 years old.

Bradford was predeceased by his parents, Howard and Ruth Leavitt, and his siblings, Gilda Bezanson, Howard Leavitt, John Leavitt, and Mary Leavitt.

Brad was a life-long resident of Natick, graduating from Natick High School and went on to attend Boston University where he played football. Brad was a physical education teacher at Natick High School. He served as the head athletic trainer for the Natick High football team. Bradford was innovative in setting up an outdoor fitness course at the high school.

After retirement Brad traveled to local historical sites with his sister Mary. Brad and Mary also enjoyed studying genealogy and tracing their family roots.

Brad is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, 1:00 pm at Glenwood Cemetery in South Natick. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
